if the whole china thing doesn't pop off, he likely continues at UCLA for a few years w/ melo joining on as a 1 and done... heightened exposure with two of brothers on the team. lamelo goes on to the NBA and liangelo possibly soon follows after developing his game at UCLA. from there, BBB has a lot more leverage to sell merch even if they aren't on the same team.

The draft combine is important because it's where the official measurements of the prospects (like height with & without shoe, wingspan, vertical, speed..etc) come out which can help or hurt their draft stock.

this year seems different but in the past few years the top picks either didn't show at all or just came for pictures and didn't participate in everything, so no it's really not that important. at best, it confirms certain attributes, at worst it might hurt your stock

He was never on the NBA's radar, and in general, if you're not on the NBA radar by your senior season of HS, you're 9 times out of 10 not going to the NBA.
