In my younger days I remember getting insurance, registering my car then dropping the insurance the next day. I registered it for 2 years so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a while.

After about a year and a half I got a letter from the DMV telling me GEICO informed them I canceled my policy. They gave me bout 2 weeks to get my shyt straight or my license was getting suspended.

The only reason I keep my shyt legit now is cuz I know how to deal with the police. The only way you can son one time is when your shyt is legit.
One thing not kosher and it's a wrap.
Fortunately I haven't been pulled over in a couple years anyway.
