Real talk...commercial truck yards at night...

Take a switchblade and a cup hot water...pour it over the tag and itll peel right off and maintain its stickyness to re-apply..

Have fun in prison.....:mjpls:
Unregistered vehicle is a misdemeanor. Most of the time, there won't be a possession of stolen property charge when there is a falsified sticker on a plate. I can't say that it won't happen. Even then, it will most likely end up as a fine, no jail time.

Fine and a license suspension probably. If he's in MD, they don't play around there.

I know. That's why I said 'possession' of stolen property, not petit larceny.

I ticketed a good number of people with falsified registration stickers. Simple to run the tags and get the real expiration date. The whole inconvenience of taking the plates off the car, thus rendering the car undriveable on public roads, and having them find a driver to get to where they needed to satisfied me enough. No need to charge possession of stolen property.
Oh, and for the extra sneaky who take the plates from another car with valid registration and put it on another car with expired registration, that was easy to ticket since most people don't have two of the same exact car.

Ive been in that situation a few times..fine and maybe impound the car depending on the officer...its really arbitrary..He could let you off with a warning if you aint being a smart ass about it...and if you have someone else pick up the car...

Yea you may get fcked either way but i assume the OP willing to take that risk with some false tags...you just better make sure you dont get pulled over :manny:

If a cop starts hitting you with that pos of stolen property you should have some backstory ready to go,one i have used before is tell em my mans lost his off his car and he went to the dmv and got replacements for me to use....i didnt say give a name, just tell em random friend got the tags for you anything to get him off the idea you ripped em off a random car in the walmart parking lot...

That second scenario is just too much stress even for me to handle...You literally got to be living in the right lane at all times....

Dont try the sticker switching thing. If you ever get pulled over and they run your tag, you're fukked.

If his license/registration is suspended or voided thats the only way he can drive without basically having a huge X on himself...Just understand the risks breh...

I dunno breh...I wouldnt play with the state. I keep my car registered but, I'll gladly skip out on insurance because sometimes they dont want to go through the trouble of notifying the state that you arent covered. :yeshrug:
