Man, I just couldn’t imagine.
Kidnapped and sold off onto slavery, and then to endure the horrid conditions of that ship ride to the US. Our ancestors were literally lying around and living in piss and feces for months. RIP to our ancestors. Their strength was tremendous.
One thing that was fascinating, was learning that the women often would coordinate the planned mutinies. It makes sense, as a lot of our current day movements are started and planned by our AA women.
