most of the album was done while pac was alive outside of some of the singles

the only thing that was kinda cold blooded was going out west and spitting those verses

but in hindsight, this is a 2pac who made a video calling him notorious p.i.g, had this fake biggie looking like the dude who played roc in the video and had an entire west coast and many parts of the east coast hating biggie. in fact most of the rest of the country outside of ny, and other parts of the east hated biggie and rode with pac. living in the moment, im sure biggie felt justified and spitting on pac grave as he left seeing as how pac was responsible for people thinking biggie had him set up, him losing money touring because he couldnt travel to certain places and his divorce to faith evans whether true or not, fact was many people believed pac fukked his wife making him look very bad.

I don't blame BIG. This nikka Pac tried to destroy him! It wasn't just a diss...Pac came for him and everyone around him. The lyrics, the video, stating BIG stole Pacs style, and then PAC turns around and pretty much takes over BIG's Versace.

On top of that Pac brought all that shyt on himself trying to live a life he was built for. In multiple interviews Pac said shyt like "I never thought anyone from my community would touch me". nikka if you was really born in it u would know NOBODY is above catching it. I'm not trying to shyt on Pac (even tho I really am right now), I just think his ego was out of control.

Going back to BIG tho, Pac even admitted BIG told him watch those dudes he was with. He warned him!! Yet he talk like BIG was really this big Mafia nikka like he really ran NY....like Jimmy and them was gonna run it past BIG. It's fukking silly! BIG was a local low man crack dealer...he could just really rap his ass off. He wasn't built for that life either...he knew where he stood, PAC didn't. Which ended up having them both killed.

Lol, you're the one making claims that a lot of LAD was made while Pac was alive like this is common fact. Back it up or you're talking out your ass. So a lot of LAD album was recorded in summer of 96? And then he sat on the album for 6 months after Pac passed?:mjlol:

You have zero evidence for your claim bruh, at least mine has merit that Big wouldn't have recorded the majority of the album while Pac was alive and then sat on it.

Biggie NEVER would have made a going back to Cali while Pac was alive, he CERTAINTLY wasn't going to LA while Pac was alive:mjlol:

i am a fan of both and take no sides, this is my disclaimer.

Life after death was 100% recorded in 1996. I kno because a bootleg of the album was floating around in the fall/winter of 96.

I lived thru the era.

Dj clue also had used some of the tracks on various mixtapes thru 96.

For some verification on dates all u gotta do is matchup when big was in that car crash.

After he was layed up he wrote most the album. Mase brough camron to BIG crib in 96 and cam said he rhymed over all the life after death unreleased instrumentals.

On long kiss goodnight which was written right after his accident he says lil cease crippled him

Id say Life after was recorded between jan 1996 and jan 1997

All this can be verified wit some googles. Look up big car accident, the clue tapes and camron talmbot biggie

My claim is much more plausible because LAD came out in March of 97. There's no way Biggie started recording that album after Pac died in September of 96. If you believe that than you know nothing of the recording process of albums back in those days. It's not like now where n!ggas can start recording some sh!t and the album would be out by the end of next week. Artists also routinely sat on album cuts until the weeks/days leading up to the albums release.

And why wouldn't Biggie have made a Going Back to Cali when he was alive? Biggie threw a lil jab at Pac on Jay's Brooklyn's Finest record, which dropped when Pac was alive, what was so bad on Going Back to Cali that made Biggie so scared to death to drop it when Pac was alive? Ya'll n!ggas is ridiculous :mjlol:

And all that sh!t in your post is irrelevant to my argument that Biggie had every right to feel how he felt about Pac, even after his death.

And LAD was supposed to drop on Halloween in 96 till the car accident. These Nikkas have no clue

And it wasn't out of malice. It was just to have a discussion. And nikkas started gettin disrespectful for no reason. On some emotional shyt. None of us knew these 2 nikkas yet u got nikkas happy the other one died on some bugged out shyt.

You started the thread by saying one persons "antics" was proof of hating another person. how Big showed zero respect

What, like this actual interview. Some vitriolic shyt here brehs, if you a sensitive Pac type persona you may wanna avoid...

but hold up, people disagree and all of a sudden "None of us knew them"

Nicely done.

Could u blame him tho. Think of all the shyt PAC said and did to him

The disses are not even that harsh in LAD it's not like Big said something like "fukk your mother..." and stuff like that:yeshrug:

yeah u right,im glad that niggga Biggie was in his feelings as he shouldve been:pachaha:...point these nikkas is missin,is that Biggie was walkin around like he was above all the beef while Pac was alive:whoa:...dissing him damnself on Brooklyns Finest:mjlol:,in interviews talking about Pac like he was some naive youngster being bullied by a crazy man:mjcry:,goin behind the scenes askin nas to team up with him in a "fukk pac coalition":laff:....than as soon as Pac die he wanna release songs dissing Pac,goin to cali droppin freestyles dissing like he some kinda bigshot.

Its dfinitly oka for biggie to hate Pac,but its okay for us to say he looked like a coward and a goofy....he aint wanna see Pac on wax....pac mustve seen to many things while Biggie slept on his couch, that biggie aint want the world to know:pachaha:

He wasn't even in NY during the 96 MTV awards (days before Pac died) while Pac and DR were running deep with placards claimin DR East. Big Puff and Jay were all in Miami. Nas the only real one that held his ground.

You think Big was gonna go to LA and claim Bad Boy West?:mjlol:

Bottom line is Big was terrified of Pac, left his own hood when Pac showed up, and only released subliminal disses on wax 6 months after Pac was dead. All facts.

breh - the night pac got shot
biggie was recording 'nasty boy'

thats FACT - cause when the LA times bytch azz writter chuck phillips drop'd that bullshyt story on biggie serectly sneaking into vegas to give his gun to dem South Side Crip to execute the infamous million dollar hit

lil cease was the 1st to state they watch'd da tyson fight at their gated community home in new jerz which they left the studio earlier

the powers at be double check'd & the recording masters confirmed biggie recorded part of the song that night

so why u on this bullshyt ... its would be nearly impossible for any artist to record a double album from the short span of pac dying till biggie death

First off, you're just guessing at shyt that conveniently fits your outlook.

I don't have a side in this, I support both of their music but why in the fukk would he "hate" Pac?

Pac gets robbed, shoots himself in the nuts, is scared to call out who really did it, blames a fellow rapper, goes to the prison for something he probley didnt do but again is scared to call out those responsible, has to take the fall for the people that raped ol'girl then ironically signs the last contract of his life to a dude who rapes his pockets.

Then when he comes out Pac forgets all that "thug life is dead" bullshyt he spoke in the famous Vibe interview and with battery firmly placed in his back gets all :dame: about helping Biggie out, Biggie biting his whole album and then saying he slept with dudes wife.

All the while Big ignores him, well no he gives him half a bar here and there..

"problems with my wife dont discuss 'em" and of course "If Faith has twins probley have tupacs"

Then Pac the super thug gets murdered for crew jumping one dude.

So Pre Death Row Pac gets robbed and other than blaming people who didn't do it, does nada, which we know cos he still calling them out talking bout payback on 7 Day Theory.

But signed to Death Row he's crew jumping guys who are rolling solo over someone else getting robbed, and gets killed for it on the same day, if that aint some dumb shyt I dont know what is.

You couldn't hate someone that corny. If that was one of my "enemies" id have been laughing my ass off. To quote B.I "shyts pathetic"
You need to understand the science of the situation, Pac spoke on all that shyt..his main beef with Biggie is he switched sides on him after he was supposed to be his man he was tryin to put on,looked out for him etc. "Fear is stronger than love, remember that..all the love I showed nikkas didnt mean shyt when it came to fear"...Biggie was down with the dudes directly or indirectly who robbed him in New York..at first they didn't know what happened, said it was just some stick up kids, etc..then after Pac speak on it... now everyone knows what happened, who robbed him etc. Biggie warned him but in a round about way, im sure in pac mind looking back its like why warn me unless you knew they was plotting ..All that Deathrow/Vegas shyt go back to the NY shooting, you really think they stomped that nikka out for no reason? You really think Biggie died for no reason? Big wont ignoring shyt that whole album and various interviews he would say sneaky lil shyt..it wont just Pac coming at him on some bullshyt, Biggie knew what was goin on the whole time..he positioned himself to roll with those dudes and he caught some too...the night of his death...he was on the Westcoast chillin with the nikkas that that killed Pac...Biggie aint some angel..he knew what time it was..he was a dumb ass for even being out there and got himself killed tryin run that victory lap.

Chuck Phillips story was partially true though, the snitch told them about Puffy offering 1mil but they didnt want to get sued so for whatever reason it was changed to Biggie..that rumor been around since summer 96

This part I have to agree with as well. Youngsters don't remember but I was alive and well as a kid in that time and I remember clearly how pac had the whole east coast pressed and silent. No one likes to admit mobb deep and Chino xl were the only 2 who had any balls to say something about pac antics. Lauryn hill to some extent as well. All the other major acts out east you could hear a mouse piss on cotton for the most part.

I'm fans of both jay and nas, but I chuckle at there 2pac stories after the fact. Nas acting like he was ready to bang on pac when he was quiet, didn't want to team with biggie and took the 1 little shot he had vs biggie off the streets. Jay with this fantasy of a live diss to pac at the Apollo that we will never see lol.

Then all these dudes with they "man if pac wouldn't have died we would have went hard at him" :stopitslime: if they really had them records on deck that shyt would have been leaked out here by now. Let's just be real, yall didn't want that wreck with that loud mouth pac who would turn the whole planet against you. They saw the hell biggie and puff caught and didn't want to associate themselves with that. Period.
