When you are listening to podcasts the 'next track' button on all earbuds/earphones turns into the fast forward button. So you can fast forward through ads without touching your phone.

I spent years assuming it would skip to the next track and so I would always pull out my phone and manually hit the fast forward button

you ever bake a cheesecake and always have that huge ass crack in the middle of it?

that crack is caused by the cheesecake reaching a too high internal temprature before it's done cooking.

instead, let it cook for 45 minutes then turn the oven off..... and let it sit there until the oven cools. like 4 or 5 hours.

This was the American standard for cooking prime rib, probably still is.

You crank up the oven to 500 for like 45mins. Then turn the bytch off, and wait like 5 hours and it's done. Perfect everytime.
