I didn't pay a ticket (the offense? expired plates) and they suspended my license and gave me a hard time getting it back, yet this guy had eight DUIs and still had his shyt? That privilege.

Yeah to be honest I'd be ok with giving him five years or so as long as they ban his license permanently and throw the book at him if he even gets caught driving.
