First time I’ve seen someone finally make the case for adding density to the suburbs vs the entirled keep building more in the city centers YIMBY’s yell about. I’m definitely here for more dense housing in the burbs, only so many people you’re gonna cram into heavily built out cities. All these dying suburban malls are the perfect place to throw some apartments

and its one way to get them to expand rail....
