It's based on the premise of the bachelor and they pretty much explore how the producers and handlers manipulate reality stars to produce drama and provide a look on how that world works to some extent.

I've heard from a few good sources that this is cool, but I held off since Ep1 got shytty rating and I thought it'd get cancelled, but since it's been picked up for a 2nd season, is it worth the watch?

I didn't watch Season 1, because I have no interest on Lifetime's original programming.
