if this is Versus reskinned...I mean it has some similarities...

It's using the same engine as FF13 which is the same engine that ff13-2 used. If the engine is already complete you can easily create a game in under a year. Especially when the studio already has years of experience with said engine.

This is her first game as a lead in all fairness and she's a decent developed character that actually showed a little growth in the first game. Her problem is she's Mitt Romney unlikable status personality wise. She basically has the same personality as Cloud from VII except she's actually smiled.

that gameplay trailer will drop at some point. I hate that countdown stuff tho. didnt like it in Majora's Mask and I doubt Square will do better but I will keep an open mind.

oh yeah, if Versus 13 is still alive and this isnt it reskinned, its gonna be Final Fantasy 15 at this point.

only the 1st sold huge numbers. the second had a big drop off but with it basically reusing environments it probably didnt cost much to make.

I enjoyed XIII but it did NOT need two more games added to it

-The battle system is time based, real time
-You map different attacks to the face buttons, there are no menus (like KH)
-You can move freely around in battle, timing is important
-'Overclock' ability lets you slow down time in battle to gain an advantage
-Lightning has loads of customization, and her skill selection is reflected by the gear which you have her wear
-The world is all new
-The game is open world, and quest based, not linear
-Different actions burn time in different ways in the world, such as discovering a certain treasure, or making certain decisions
-After 13 days you may be forced into the final battle regardless

According to Adriasang, the trailer shown was an alpha version and had Lightning fighting a Behemoth, paradigm shifting.

umm i think this game already came out with a much better lead character and shyt
