I told him on Monday via text that we need a "BFF talk"

He just now texts me back

I get pissed and tell him about himself. He argues back and hangs up.

I'm tired of him putting his girlfriend, kids and career before me.

I have a best friend. We have been friends for going on 7 yrs now. I know for us, when things got rocky we always knew that we would continue to invest in our friendship. We are basically like sisters so there is no "im mad so im done with you" type ish. Its more like "whats your problem and we can try to fix it".

Aw. Well I encourage you to keep trying to mend the friendship. Maybe he has a lot of his plate? Idk. Ya'll have been friends far too long to quit now. And even though life changes, people prioritize what they want to and he needs to make you more of a priority. Even if ya'll cant hang as much as you used to... something is better than nothing.

Dang. I know the feeling bruh. Me and my bestie have had rough patches too and they suck.

Idk... I guess all you cna do is continue to be there for him if he needs you but kinda back off in a sense. Or accept the "new" him and decide whether you want to continue the friendship or not.

There is no such thing as a best. My mom is my best friend.. I have VERY close friends, they eventually have a life to live just like you do. Maybe when you both reach your goals... some of my "best" friends have kids now lol... Others moved away, some busy as fukk.... But hey, that's life I'm not gonna stop talking to them cuz we don't have time for each other

There is no such thing as a best. My mom is my best friend.. I have VERY close friends, they eventually have a life to live just like you do. Maybe when you both reach your goals... some of my "best" friends have kids now lol... Others moved away, some busy as fukk.... Your "bffs" are my close friends. I guess in a way you could say we're "best friends" but people use that term too loosely. I trust my close friends like you would with your bffs.... Like seriously, we hang out like twice or 3 times a week, I consider most to be best friends for life lets be honest that kinda sounds whack as fukk. My best friends include a few guys and i know for a fact they wouldn't call me that bff bullshyt. I hope that made sense cuz it kinda didn't but to me it did
