I'm willing to bet your favorite rapper/singer would kill to have a movement/fanbase like the Based God has because he doesn't answer to a label/corporations, tours when he wants, puts out music which is directed by the label's interests and has a loyal fanbase. Based a God has already published a book, done lectures at NYU and UC Riverside (look at the NYU one below)
Dude is for real and wears the same pair or torn up Vans every day that he won't take off until he makes his first million bucks, and not money that a label advanced him. When he released "I'm Gay" on iTunes after the hype and buzz, that SAME day it came out he tweeted a link to download it for free because he knew some fans didn't have $10 to buy it. He didn't care about losing money offa that.
When it comes to people disrespecting, Lil B has dusted them ALL off. Durant shytted on his music publicly and refused to apologize even tho Based God asked him to. So, Lil B put a curse on him that he'd never win a title unless he apologized. And it's been like 3 years since then. KD hasn't sniffed a NBA title. Joe Budden tried to diss and got his ads handed to him on this track. And Jie Badass suffered a similar fate.
Seeing a Based God performance is RARE. I'm here in NY and it's DIFFICULT to get into a show. Back in 2010 (4 YEARS AGO) Based God hit NY for the first time and sold out the show. Look at how turnt up this shut is breh.
