No way in hell am I listening to 23 Lil’ Baby songs, but I listened to 7 and it feels like I was listening to the same song over and over and over. Mainstream/Top 40 hip hop needs a major production reset. Good lord there’s so many interchangeable beats across the board.
Production got alot of samples, & he talkin that shyt. It’s a vibe album, I fw it… might be album of the year
1. California Breeze
2. Waterfall Flow
3. In A Minute
4. Never Hating (feat. Young Thug)
5. Pop Out (feat. Nardo Wick)
6. Cost to Be Alive
7. Perfect Timing
California Breeze might be one of the best songs this year fa sho.
This shyt is so dry....Baby can rap his ass off but it's so straight forward and stone faced. His music lacks personality. Beats are functional but don't really stand out.
Yeah that Nardo Wick dude is gar-bo ....the young female demographic must be attracted to him cuz I refuse to believe he has a fan base outside of that. Absolutely zero abilities on the mic
