time served. He was originally sent to jail for probation vio. thats a max of 2 years...the gave him 8 on top of that for smuggling drugs in...he'll prolly be eligible for parole in no time

Its possible. However they do have trial over the weekend here so it can come down at anytime. Either way I'd love to be in the courtroom to see what kind of ignorance goes down when the verdict is read.
