stop that breh... talking to the police and admitting to them you in a gang is snitching
Talking to anyone about anything is snitching, therefore semantics.

But who are you snitching on if you say that you are gang? :patrice:

And is there a difference between saying it on video and in court? I really don’t know I just wanna hear you street and legal experts opinion

I'm not a lawyer to be honest, I don't know what that means. He didn't say who or what, I always thought those were the important things. This to me seems very light, he's admitting things that are publicly available from self-snitching fools like Thugga himself.

It seems as if there's different levels to this shyt and Gunna got the lightest next to pleading the 5th.
You don’t need to be a lawyer to see how admitting a label is a actually a gang and commits crimes hurts a young thug defense of we are a label not a gang lol I don’t care either way I’m playing his music regardless, but come on.

But YSL we the gang is what they’ve been screaming a long with a lot of blood type of language.

So I’m still saying where do we draw the line. If a man is on tape saying something and you agree, what is the value of that in court. This is a philosophical question.

STFU

You clearly don't know what snitching is. If they had anything on Gonna, they wouldn't let him walk for basically admitting to nothing, in the grand scheme of things

so you’re saying he’s not snitching because young thug self snitches in songs :patrice: I mean logically as a citizen I agree but we talking about street nikkas and gang members. Lol this is telling. If he’s called to the stand he has to repeat this stuff.

I'm not saying that he's not snitching, I'm saying technically everyone is doing some form of snitching so what makes this worse than anything else.
Of course the most pure definition of snitching (imo) is giving information about who, how and what. That is giving information about people and organizations that isn't known that can have legal implications on those people or organizations. But then we have any other form of giving information to the alphabet boys. And imo I think that it's wild that these fools don't call out self-snitching on the same level. Thug and friends put Gunna in that situation with their constant self-snitching, wild behavior and on. So he did what they did, just in a different venue.

What I also believe is that Gunna's lawyer probably negotiated that statement with the people. They obviously wanted him to name names, crimes and on. But he only agreed with saying that shyt, which he might or might've not believed would do little to no harm.

Making a statement in court vs rapping about crime you tell me what would be viewed by “street nikkas” as worse :bryan:
