Maybe I wasn't being clear, I'm talking about the whole case in general. The bail hearing was never going to lead to Durk coming home right now it would have been appealed if granted.
Feds case is not looking as strong as it was looking at the start, they removed the part of the indicment that said Durk offered and ordered a bounty to be paid if I'm not mistaken?
Lets wait and see how it plays out.

Goofy probably paid Drew Findling half a mill by now, and Drew is finessing the hell out of him going on an interview tour to get clout off this case knowing damn well that boy ain't never coming home. Could you imagine the disrespect? I know he's got a good track record but what kind of lawyer goes on a press run to discuss an open case?! The way Durk is so desperate to get out I can see him doing a lil 10 piece and then flipping, especially given that a lot of these dudes he'd tell on won't even survive the next 10 years to be able to put dirt on his name. What it comes down to is courage, Durk is a follower, not a leader. He didn't have the courage to stand up to the people around him and tell them that Von fukked up, and he ain't about to risk his life for a man who basically committed suicide
