You assume this is an open and shut case. I think there's a chance Durk can walk at Trial. The witness and Victim (Witherspoon) will be crossed examined. Are they credible/trustworthy? We already know the victim has a criminal past and was seen on the footage holding a pistol. Is the video footage clear enough to establish Durk's alleged role? Remember it was DARK in Atlanta at 5AM.
