I'm not going to pretend to know Lil Kims mental state, and I understand that can be a factor, but particularly in her case, dont you think shes had WAY more people tell her how attractive she was before she did this to herself? It starts to sound like an excuse for why you changed your face. Maybe you just wanted to look different. Because I know the compliments far outweighed the criticisms. Shyt, everybody not gonna think you are attractive. Everybody's got their own tastes. But lets not sit here and act like Lil Kim didn't have a bunch of people telling her she was perfect the way she was.

yes lots of people told her she was beautiful. but once the damage was done it was done, especially since a lot of the abuse happened at a young age. it’s hard for people to let go of negativity like that when it’s been ingrained in their heads for years... even when you start hearing the opposite

Looking at your post history I’m going to assume you’re a woman, so ofc you’ll defend her. It’s like Beyoncé coming out and saying she’s insecure about her looks because jay z said she was ugly. Lmao. She was a sex symbol for years. She could’ve had any dude in the 90”s earlier 2000s. I doubt biggies fat ugly wonky eyed ass effected her psyche that bad.

Most of the time it only matters what the person you love thinks of you. She basically worshiped biggie, so him telling her she was ugly then marrying faith will have a bigger affect than a million nobodies telling her she’s beautiful.

Even though it is sad, it’s ultimately up to you to choose how you feel about yourself. She chose to do all those surgeries, no one forced her and she chose those men, no one made her be with them.

A thousand people can tell you your smart and beautiful. But if your mama tells you ugly and stupid over and over again for years that shyt will always linger in your mind and create doubt. Yeah her transformation throughout the years looks really bad, she's a prime example of what self hated looks like because not only did she bleach her skin but on top of that also done changed her whole entire face and body .

If you were to put her 90s pictures up against her current pictures you'd think that's a whole different person .

Some say Biggie's love and commitment to Faith is the cause of this because Kim actually loved him even tho he self proclaimed to be a big nasty mf (no pun intended ) she loved that shyt.
