i think shes perfect for the role actually. so what if she doesnt look like her. she still has a similar complexion & stature. throw a bunch of makeup on her and shes good to go.
and for the people that are saying that they shouldve got a "real actress", this is the reason why the last few rap biopics were so dry. not saying that this is a rap biopic but left eye was a rapper and her character is the toughest to cast.

They could have found somebody else to play Left Eye. But why do i have a feeling that this film, won't come to fruition or will be a straight to DVD movie. I know TLC was huge and sold a lot of records, but are they deserving of a worldwide theater release over a lot of people and groups who have never had a biopic done on them
its easy to just say that they shouldve found somebody else. i mean, do you at least have any suggestions? who are these better prospects?
how do they not deserve a biopic? wheres this abundance of artists that should have a biopic? do you not realize that TLC is the highest selling american female group of all-time and that they have an actual story to tell?
....but at the end of the day she don't look like no damn Lilsa Left Eye Lopez
