Reese got blackballed. He was signed to Def Jam and everything. That video came out of him wailing on that girl when he was like 15 released and they made Keef remove him from music videos n everything. He was supposed to be in the Kobe video initially. Reese was the standout on I Don’t Like in the streets and Kanye swooped in and removed his verse and added Jadakiss and GOOD Music nikkas and that’s why Keef ended up blowing up before Reese because Reese was more popular in Chicago before that. Him and Durk was like Herb and Bibby at one point. But everything fell apart for him industry wise when that video surfaced. Young Chop was tight because he felt like Reese should’ve been the bigger star but got screwed over. He was even mad at Kanye for switching his beat up without asking him and taking Reese off I Don’t Like. nikka Reese been taking L’s for a while really.

Yup. He got REALLY sick at one point and wasn’t even really making much music and he found out why. People thought he was dying or on drugs or something because he got so skinny. And that’s why. It’s the reason why that happened when he got jumped. It ain’t like he wasn’t tryna fight back they just overpowered him and the excitement and him being punched and kicked in the stomach triggered his disorder.

He dead ass had a major deal and this was RIGHT BEFORE the streaming era. Industry nikkas started biting his flow n all that and he started gettin hot. That bullshyt happened where he couldn’t get any major looks and it fukked him over. He actually had a lil resurgence wit Herbo when On My Soul was making rounds but they kept bringing up that video in every one of his interviews. He kept sayin he grew up from then and was buzzin but then he got real sick and stopped making music for a lil bit. Found out he has Chrons disease and I guess he just been doin music as a side thing while all this time he was still in the field while all his nikkas he started with was moving on and doing bigger/better things or dying/getting locked up. He still in the streets unfortunately. This is for the nikkas asking why he ain’t move outta Chicago. nikka prolly don’t even net enough to leave and start a new life especially if his main source of income is drugs/scammin.
