When I quit smoking before for 6 months I started eating a lot. A lot of smokers have an oral fixation due to habit. So you end replacing the hand to mouth habit with food.
Everyone I know quit smoking either weed or ciggs gained weight.
My entire life I always been around 105-115 but when I quit smoking I shot up to like 140
