you're right, i'm just saying dude wasn't 'harassing' the kid by any means. he asked her if she was lil tay, and then she didnt turn on her character so he left (cus the light changed).
i feel like that clip is not drastically different than shouting out any other celebrity in public. i use celebrity loosely here tho
but all in all, its definitely her parents fault cuz i doubt situations like that are what they were thinking about when they started to push this lil tay bs, and now their kid is gonna have to deal with stuff like this even when the cameras are off.
the 'issue' with lil tay, was an issue way before some random dude recognized her on the street. this kinda foolishness never should have started in the first place
