What is Wayne trying to do with this shyt? His commercial run has been over the past decade

He could’ve made a great hip hop record by getting some joints from Conductor, Al, Cardo, 1da, few other nikkas and really made a dope record. He not saying shyt in any of these records and just “rapping” might as well do it over some good production.
