Every album that’s released from a big artist the initial reaction on Twitter is always either “classic” or “‘mid”.

This is different. Almost unanimously socials is calling this garbage and united in its clowning of it.

When Revival came out, everyone was united in their hatred of it before it even came out. The track list was enough for people. Then once the album leaked, it was like nothing I'd ever seen before.

It was universal disappointment to the point where Eminem was forced to make a better album less than a year later. We literally shamed him into cutting out the screaming and choppy flow.

You know what.Most of this shyt might be kendricks stans, so they might be gassing that narrative. I forgot he sorta went against kendrick with the superbowl shyt. One of the first tweets about the album I saw on twitter that went viral was something like "and yall said this shouldve got the halftime show?"

Then add on top of that the drake connection, you get ppl overly clowning it.

Album isnt that bad. Theres only two songs i didn't like. The best selection is like an ode to hip hop and the man is in his 40s so idk what ppl want from him. His lyrical abilities are still there. Of course there's a few bad lines everyone is gonna run with cuz it's the internet and everyone just piggy backs off of a narrative. Other than that is give it 4 out of 5. 16 out of 18 songs not bad.
