The drugs have clearly affected his sense of self-awareness. I'm not sure how he could ever see footage of himself recently and think that (a) any venue sponsor would want him, and (b) anybody would pay to hear that type of "performance".

Some rappers just need to accept when it’s over. Get what you can get. I went on a run where I saw Brand Nubian(no Jamar) in a small bar, saw a show with Chubb Rock, Special Ed, Monie Love and Dana Dane in a room in a convention center.. I remember that show because they tried to do tiered seating…. Problem with that was everybody bought the upper seats and there was literally like maybe 10 people in the pit closer to the stage. I forgot what rapper started the show but he told us to come closer to the stage. Basically everybody was down there while the show went on lol.

I listened to some members of Odd Future's music more than Lil Wayne post Carter 2
Whether you like their music or not, Odd Future was a collective of black artists.

Wayne's run ended after Carter 5 dropped and that was the best album for Wayne to ride off into the sunset with (Or to close the chapter on the Carter series at the very least).
Instead he dropped the Carter 6 which was terrible. Wayne can still rap at a very good level but he's a shell of himself and his live performances have been awful-mid.
Focus on becoming a pro skateboarder and continue to drop dope verses on features. Wayne will always be respected for what he accomplished during his prime. It's a wrap.
