its ok as a whole but thats only because ive been a wayne fan for 10 years, since i was 9 years old
when you know what wayne is capable of its just different

Yeah I was gonna post about how Wayne is trash now but I think the rap game has simply passed him up, his style is played out.

As a Weezy stan who was heartbroken that he fell off so bad, I'm grateful to say The God has FINALLY sipped enough mud to get him back into that zone, and I can accept this as No Ceilings 2. In my opinion, this shyt solidifies his status as the greatest of MY time(1989), there is NO quality out, the game hasn't been the same since HE went dry, which is pretty ironic. Hopefully, this is a sign for things to come, the game needs Tune back man

Its ok.....Nothing that'll put him back in the GOAT conversation.

My biggest frustration with Wayne is that he simply won't give up the autotune and the singing. I never thought Wayne was a good singer and he completely wore himself thin with the usage of autotune/voice tweaks. I never thought it added anything special to his music and he's been using it for 7-8 years now smh. I believe all the years of drugs and smoking ciggs really did a number on his voice too. He's also entering into his mid 30s....Some rappers are fortunate to get better with age and take their skills to another level (Nas, Ross, Lupe, Banks, etc) but Wayne hit his ceiling already imo (no pun). I agree that the game passed him by....Wayne can still come with clever lines/flows and spazz here & there, but its just not the same as it was 10 years ago. He's too inconsistent and hasn't showed any growth. Wayne should be more introspective, dropping gems at this stage of his career. This style he's doing has gotten stale.

No Ceilings 2 is more of the same from Weezy....If your a die hard fan, you'll fukk with it regardless. Some songs will be in rotation, but at this point Wayne is only entertaining for nostalgic purposes with the thought/hope of potentially returning back into form.
