Im not understanding your logic here. If he owes 5million in taxes for a year that means the govt believes he made at least 12million or so for that year. He just didn't pay the money.

Dude's tax rate is prob about ~40-50% when it's all said and done. So if he owes $12M he prob made about $24-30M. It's entirely possible dude ran thru that over the last 3 years. I mean buying a couple hundred thousand copies of C4 wasn't cheap. And you KNOW wasn't paying for that.
