Prometh (not codeine) can induce seizures in high doses. It would be better to sip that drank straight (= pure codeine) and not in combination with promethazine.

I know an epileptic who has seizures from time to time, and he gets them when he drinks to much the night before...He doesnt take his med's all the time because he knows what causes them and how 'not to have them' but then from time to time he begins to enjoy a night and drinks to much and pays for it the next day sometimes....This is probably what Wayne is like...He knows he over did it with alcohol or whatever and when he cuts back on it he will be ok but this isn't something you can do for a lifetime.
