So 23 songs is alot. But damn if it didnt mostly hold my attention. So much better than his labelmates albums, Skorpion and Queen. One of the strongest major releases of the year.

This is easily Wayne's most focused effort since No Ceilings, and his best studio album since Tha Carter III. For a lengthy album, it was hardly boring.
However, the album is being vastly overrated on Twitter and Reddit. It's not a classic. There's a lot of nostalgia in play here, and i can't deny that even I felt it while listening.
Keeping the bias to a reasonable level, this is probably a 7.5-7.7/10 for me off a few listens. It's in the top third of Wayne's discography.

Barter 6 makes up one third of the holy trinity of trap albums this decade along with DS2 and Culture, so probably.
It's apples to oranges though. Wayne is a legit lyricist and while his vocal inflections are diverse like Thug's, they're in two different lanes.
