Dude was focused and spitting on Dedication 6. He straight blacked in a couple of D6/Reloaded tracks. Dudes just overlooked because it’s been cool to dismiss Wayne and call him washed. I don’t think heads even gave D6 a fair listen with an open mind.

Havent had time to even listen to the album completely, but my first impression from the bit I heard was he was spitting significantly better on D6 and Reloaded... Which is why I was hoping that a good portion of the album would be shyt he's recorded after or around the time of the D6 Sessions...but the album is most definitely way older and than that, I’ll have to do a deep dive today

Mess sounds like a drake track, lol. It’s messing with my head. Obviously drake can hit the harmony without auto tune...but weezy definitely made a drake quality single....back when drake used to spit. Crazy.

Yeah Mixed Tape Weezy always raps better than Album Wayne so that’s to be expected.
