Idk if I'd say much better than CIV.

I think CIV was probably tied with C1 as the worst Carter albums, but CIV is better than most nikkas best albums.

Thus far C1 and C2 are the best Carters, not to mention his best albums period. Haven't listened to C5 yet but I'll update if it surpasses the two for me.

The Carter III is still his best effort, but this isn't bad. I'm just not a super fan of Wayne's flow. Pretty solid album tho.
