Only from like 2009 onwards, His music before that had a good mix of substance, Especially during the Carter 2/dedication 2/carter 3 sessions era, But 7 years is a hell of a long time to put out nothing but trash...and that's the reason why today I completely write him off. He has literally nothing interesting to talk about in his music anymore.
