Tookie Williams once got arrested for the same exact thing while high on PCP. Just something to think about. The arrest was probably less about the barking and more about whatever he was under the influence of.

This shyt happened at like 3 or 4 in the morning, and he got arrested like a month prior to this because he punched a bouncer. It's his own fault. Dude should have been laying low and hoping not to get suspended.

Whats worse is is isn't even an arrestable offense. He got arrested because the officer was outside of his car "investigating" (really means he was snooping around another person's vehicle) and the dog barking interrupted his investigation. And of course, interrupting an investigation is an offense. The police officer evidently couldnt let a couple of dog barks go and just tell dude to get out of here. Serve and protect, brehs.

Doesnt make it right though. Both he and the people where you live should file complaints. Basically what the officer told him was whatever he was initially investigating was less important than busting him for making the dog bark.

She was stationed primarily on the eastside, which is primarily black part of Gainesville. I asked her point blank does law enforcement in Gainesville hate UF students.
