Lin dribbles with his head down into traffic, can't change speed or direction, and has no shot clock management. He's strong physically but flails for fouls when getting any body contact, and is a matador on defense. He's good for one to three good games a month (if that) when the stars align the right way and that's about it.

The rest of the time he's taking 16 seconds off the shot clock to take a dumb shot or turn it over, and then letting his man score on him. And by the way, he comes pre-packaged with an army of autistic Asian Lin apologists who don't watch any basketball besides him and only blame his team for him being terrible.

So I totally understand why the Knicks are interested, he's perfect for that franchise.
