Linux won’t run on Oracle VM Virtualbox

I can run Windows 11 on the shyt though

You have to explain what you're doing, because I use Linux on VirtualBox daily without issue. Are you loading the ISO of your distro and installing it to the VHD?

Why not use KVM (libvirt) or Docker? Plus both are less overhead. What sort of applications are you trying to run?

Try VMware workstation

Windows 11 comes with Hyper-V installed (Type 1 Hypervisor) so it should fare better in terms of resource usage/allocation than Oracle VM (Type 2 Hypervisors)
