Mark Henry has an issue with Lio Rush... and due to this, he is a sellout/Uncle Tom/etc?

Unless I'm missing something, the only thing I've seen is that Mark offered advice or something to the effect, Lio declined it, Mark said if Lio needed help or something he coulda spoke to him and he woulda helped, and then Lio says "you're the reason black wrestlers can't get ahead"... and now Mark is the sellout and Lio speaks for all black wrestlers?
