I don't believe that's true at all. I think Vince knows and controls alot more at NXT than fans think he does. A recent example is him overruling Triple H concerning the war games cage. I think with big angles, hiring/firing, gimmick changes, they run all that shyt by Vince before doing it, and if Vince has a problem with something, he will put the halt on it.
