No, "Aladdin and the King of Thieves" is definitely better than "The Return of Jafar". "Aladdin and the King of Thieves" definitely feels like Disney invested a bigger budget in it to properly close out the "Aladdin" franchise, while "The Return of Jafar" feels like it was made to set-up the TV Show. It even has exact same animation as the TV show
