You have to realize who you're talking to here. Everyone isn't who they portray themselves to be on here. So you have to be equipped to deal with that.
As for the issue of c00n hunting, we live in a society that rewards black people for cooperating in helping to facilitate white supremacy. So because of that, it is important that we identify who is who. To suggest we do not is something I'd expect someone against the cause to say
Yes, there are good intent posters who go overboard. There are also posters who want to disrupt any conversation that would expose a c00n before his message is received.

The problem with the internet is that everybody sticks in their groups...and then they follow some political or social "guru" that works as an advocate for them and "their people" (really they are just making money).
They constantly feed you stories about "those people" that fit in with your argument...and you eventually only see the world in one particular way.
We could go back and fourth all day long with examples that prove our side...because with the internet you can learn about EVERY SINGLE THING HAPPENING. Its too much information for most people.
