This was an okay C+ flick, don’t think I’ll find it very memorable with the exception of a few standout action sequences. Had the urge to go axe throwing afterwards, so there’s that. For a flick that was 75% re-shot tho, probably about as good as it’s gonna get.

It was nice seeing Lance one last time. Also dope watching Wick back on screen and being his usual badass self, but this felt like a GTA side mission for homie lol.

One big thing I liked here was the manner in which Eve earned her battle scars. She was getting thrown all around across the table through glass vases and taking WWE bumps in this. It didn’t shy away from those brutal moments. Another good move having her find just about anything to weaponize according to what was surrounding her since she didn’t necessarily have the upper-hand to out-muscle these guys.
Nice review. Still you couldn’t give it a B?

I’m playing. Still it sucks they had to go through all the reshoots. There are many different reports on them. Some says it was to enhance, others say it was a full blown reshoot that took months.

That outfit of a cult got mfs perched up high lookin' out monoculars but can't seem to position a sniper anywhere while they folks out in the streets gettin' that Dracarys work...same folks who had snipers galore lookin' at my G, Daryl, while he was at the Prague Continental

I thought the Ballerina shyt would play more of a factor into things but I wasn't mad at it.

My expectations were a little high giving the glowing reviews I kept coming across, so I'm partially jaded by that, but overall it was entertaining enough.

This part! The whole time she was in that town I was thinking "this village where everyone is a trained killer doesn't have ANY snipers?"

All it would've took was literally just one sniper to kill her.

This was a good addition.

This doesn't work as well without the recurring characters..

I have a minor gripe about Eve's personality. Call them hoes a B!TCH or something. She was getting worked. But oddly, she sold her toughness well.

A nice addition to the continuity, could tell some of the fight scenes were sped up, probably due to reshoots and the actors not learning the choreo.

That's the only problem I had with the film, Ana was way too rigid with her movements which took me out of it ..

There was a sniper up on one of the roofs. They showed him when she met up with her sister in that Cabin before they blew it up. I can believe with the tightness of the village its hard to get a shot off plus she was dipping in and out of houses. I saw it a 2nd time and loved it more especially the sound quality.them gun shots, grenades and flame thrower :wow:

I was dying when the she was fighting the Cashier with the knife at the restaurant and was Like “What the fukk”?!?!

:what:

The whole town was activated on her a$$

Wasn’t homegirls father in that show umbrella academy.. which had the same plot in the final season where the whole town was activated after them with guns and such… seemed kinda weird to me :lupe:
