Sister wife or respecting/being civil towards the ex? Those are two different things. If she's mature and understands it's not about us, it's about making the best situation for our shared kids with the same man, why not. I don't do petty arguing and other assorted bs. My man would know if that's what she's on don't have us in the same vicinity.

As long as she respects my position as the new wife and treats my kids with respect, what else would I want from her? Some of y'all really love toxic situations and think they're normal. A few of my family members are the first or second husbands/wives, I've seen it work smoothly if all parties involved are mature.
