I could eat it on burgers and sandwiches but I cant put that shyt over my food and eat it like fries, chicken strips, hot dogs, fish, ect, ill eat my food plain before I put that disgusting shyt on there

I only eat fresh veggies... Organic fruit...ugh sometimes I can taste the extra shiit in it and iy makes me nauseous...

Nuts...giggity...whole grains...beans...granola..and fish a few times a month when I have a taste for it...butI mostly cook with meat substitutes...soy products..
