Pretty much that whole list is a bunch of misguided losers, who just happen to try to rap when they're not running around the city doing reckless and dumb sh*t. Those dudes ain't real rappers or MC's. Most people in NYC these days, know about 15-20 people who say they "rap" who are all locked up too. That don’t make them actual rappers.

Actual MC's like Killah Sin, Max B, G-Dep, and a few others are still locked up. Dudes with classic music. We gotta stop calling everybody "rappers". Sh*t is corny and cheapening the art. Those little crackbabies don’t know a thing about no damn music, lol.
