it’s not that they not having sex, it’s that they’re having way less sex than the previous generation and also not having kids. birth rates are way down.

Sex shouldn't be measured by infant rates. Most guys just have more protective sex/pull out because they ain't trying to have kids. Even now STI's is rising in numbers.
