True. But my example (which you dismissed along with every other example) was one top notch emcee (Prodigy) bodying a beat that had already been bodied by another top notch emcee (Pun). You could go either way with who was better. But Prodigy at a minimum, was close to Pun. Which was the parameter established by @FreshAIG

all these examples are terrible.

It's pretty much impossible for a freestyle to be better than the original song. Songs are more than just verses.

I don't know if this counts, but this was close to being as good as "Cobra"

If i could rep I would. I had this on repeat for months in high school. Mixtape 50 was God.

What Lu did to this wasn't even fair.. Dude is easily the greatest lyricist in rap.
