I joke around about this kind of shyt, but so many people think 30 is automatic status. shyt's really about how you take care of yourself. Most Americans are by age 25. shyt, whenever I go ball with teens and people in their 20's, I can run like 5-6 games in a row. Their young asses get tired after about 3 games.
