I think the logic is that if a team is good enough to get to the Finals, they're good enough to win it. I still agree that the Finals appearance isnt the same for every player. Lebron losing in a Finals, means more than Melo losing in a Finals.Getting to the Finals/Super Bowl and losing is considered more of a black mark and legacy ruiner than getting bounced in the first round.
