I recently been looking into a way to make that type of pizza. Basically all you need is a wood fire or gas fire pizza stove that hit 900 degrees. Once I get me a house its on my list of things to buy.

Get an Ooni. They're portable and pretty affordable. Good way to practice making neopalotin pizza without having to make a big investment. If you don't know how to handle and work with dough it's going to take some time to get it how you want but an Ooni Pizza oven is more then enough.

I have a Blackstone pizza oven I found on Marketplace. The hardest part besides not fukking up the dough is figuring out the right temperature on the stone.
