We have a painting hanging up of 2pac in the living room.

there you go.

Out of every rapper past and present, you have him in your avi

trying to give a new nikka some shine. With the kind of comments I make, do you really think I think Rocky's the best rapper ever? LOL. Far from it.

My favorite album of all time is Supreme Clientele. We already know Ghost gets busy. I'm a huge Nas and Wu fan.

But putting them as avis at this stage is kinda dull. We already know those nikkas are legends.

I'm about supporting the new school.

this nikka is still yapping about asap :dead:

my nikka, I never bring up Rocky. Y'all the ones yapping about dude. It's always nikkas like you that got Rocky's name in your mouths like hoes. Look at the threads. I'll respond to some random topic e.g. "Did you see Jay-Z's new cell phone?", then some Coli hoe will come out the woodwork talking about "well you like Rocky." And I'm wondering: "did Rocky fukk you in the ass or something? Why are you mentioning him in an unrelated thread?"

So when you listen to Pac's discography in order you already have an understanding that he comes from a line of Black Panthers so this social commentary is going to be the common thread throughout all the albums, it ties them together, its how you know youre listening to a Pac album. Another common thread will be his compassion for the disenfranchised. The final common thread that Pac's albums will have is loyalty.

  • 2Pacalypse Now - Young rebel, you can hear the Panther upbringing. Alot of the album focuses on transgressions of the US against us black people and his rebellion against that system of oppression. Songs like "Trapped" "Violent" "If My Homies Call" "Part Time Mutha" and "Brenda's Got A Baby" highlight the threads I mentioned earlier.
  • Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z - More rebellious than before except now he has a lot more fame due to the movie. He's now adding songs about women to his quiver "I Get Around". Yet he maintains his Panther roots and dedication to speaking on social ills and sticking up for those w/o a voice while adding some more of his own experience "Strictly 4 My nikkaZ". The common themes are maintained through "Holla If Ya Hear Me" "Pac's Theme" "Somethin 2 Die 4" "Keep Ya Head Up" "Papa'z Song"
  • THUGLIFE Vol 1 - Though a group album, this was an important point in Pac's discography as it highlighted a transition from the rebellious against society Pac to more of his own personal and often times internal struggles (death of others and possibility of his own) while maintaining his loyalty for his homies. "Pour Out A Lil Liquor" "How Long Will They Mourn Me" "Cradle 2 the Grave" "Str8 Ballin" highlight this evolved Pac. While "Under Pressure" is like the "Pain" and "Hellrazor" Pac
  • Me Against the World - The evolution to the internal struggles continue. The nikka is clearly feeling uneasy about his own existence, but still maintains lookin out for his people. Songs like "So Many Tears" "Lord Knows" "It Aint Easy" "fukk the World" "Death Around the Corner" "Outlaw" show Pac's inner struggle. While "Me Against the World" "Young nikkaz" "Dear Mama" "Old School" still keep with the common themes. Pac also shows growth in his tracks for women with the "Can U Get Away" joint.
  • All Eyez On Me - Raps GOAT double album. Probably the most pivetol album. After being robbed, shot, and convicted of touching a thot's ass my nikka gets out of jail in an understandably bad mood. The music reflects this and kicks off with prolly the GOAT kickoff track "Ambitionz Az a Ridah" then two tracks about these thots with "Skandalouz" and "All About U". Now it seems Pac has evolved into all about his personal experience and social commentary. "How Do U Want It" though a club track still touches on politics, "2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted" touches on it as well "...nikkaz been dyin for years so how can they blame us..." While he's still pondering his own mortality with "Life Goes On" and "Aint Hard to Find". He still speaks on social commentary with "Shorty Wanna Be A Thug" and "Wonder Why They Call U bytch". Really I could go on all day about this shyt.

in what sense? He hasn't released classics? or he's not a good rapper at all?

I don't mind if you feel this way. I'm just interested in your reasoning.

^^^IMO he has an annoying sound and i have never been touched by anything hes put out...

And i have tried numerous times different albums each time...cant do it...
