Listening to Pharoahe Monch’s verse on “Oh No” right now… we need a new Pharoahe Monch album with some Alchemist beats

Him and Metro Boomin would have better chemistry with the type of flow that he has but ya know, yall mfs is on autopilot with them Alchemist as yall's go to producer for any skilled rapper. Switch it up a bit, Sh*t is starting to get tedious, Pharoahe is more than likely to have a classic album with Metro than Al at this point based off the unlikely of them pairing up and it'll actually have replay value cuz when Metro gets in his sampling bag, he's pretty decent with a modern sound. Think Nas and HitBoy

Monch still living with his moms in Queens. He ain't got no money for a project with no damn Metro Boomin.

He's an underground artist. Dude ain't gonna work with nobody like that for a whole album. That's not his groove.

Plus, he's already said that Alchemist was one of his favorite people to work with, in the past.

The thing with Monch is that he always insists on doing damn near all of his own A&R work and production now.

Or he gets beats that don’t really knock. After Internal Affairs, I kinda started feeling like he should've just stayed with Po and kept the group going. I was a huge Organized fan, since the "Fudge Pudge" days. Some MC's are just better in their groups. I had "Thirteen" on the other day, and it hit me like "This n*gga should've never went solo", lol.

Yeah he needs to link back up with Po

Dude needs to let someone else A&R his projects

Even his rock album was weak.

And I was mad excited about that. HAHA!

He's untouchable when he's with Prince Po. They ended that run way too fast. I wasn't into all of Equinox, but he was still peak Monch then.

Me too, it’s Monch! Dude is talented

Equinox was a letdown

I wish them nikkas would link back up and drop a back to basics type of album

I thoroughly enjoyed his Clinton Sparks mixtape and the PTSD release for "recent" stuff. I think working with Porter from D12 was good on the mixtape and I didn't know Porter could sing a bit. :leon:

Can't seem to find it on YT, but The Note was the track I was referring to.

Second album was a masterpiece!

So when I copped Equinox, I was kinda disappointed. They went a little too far with that corny concept on there, lol.

But I loved "Questions" and "Numbers" though.
